Contact Us
Questions, feedback, or a grading system you'd like us to add? We read every message.
The best way to reach us is by email. We aim to reply within a few business days.
What to write about
- Bug reports — if a calculator gives an unexpected result, tell us the numbers you entered.
- New calculators — request a grading system from your country, school, or university.
- Feedback — anything that would make the tools clearer or faster.
- Partnerships — get in touch about working together.
- Privacy or data requests — to opt out of cookies, ask what data we hold, or request deletion, email us or see the Privacy Policy.
- Corrections — found a grading rule that's out of date? Send the page URL and a link to the official source so we can verify and update it.
Please note we cannot access or change your official school records — for transcript questions, contact your institution's registrar.
Before you email — quick answers
A lot of questions are answered faster by the right tool or guide:
- Need to work out a GPA? Start with the GPA Calculator, the cumulative GPA calculator, or your school's page in the university directory.
- Result looks wrong? It's almost always a school-specific rule — plus/minus grades, an A+ cap, or a repeat/grade-replacement policy. Check the grading section on that calculator's page first, then email us the exact grades and credits you entered so we can reproduce it.
- Want your school added? Send the university or exam-board name plus a link to its official grading page — that's all we need to build an accurate calculator for it.
Response time
KnowMyGPA is a small, independent project, and we read every message — we usually reply within a few business days. There is no phone line or live chat; email is the best and only way to reach us.
What we can't help with
We can't access, change, or look up your official school records, transcripts, or results — only your institution's registrar can do that. We also can't predict admission, scholarship, or HOPE/financial-aid decisions; our calculators are planning estimates, not official figures.
